About

I seek clarity by questioning the status quo.

Hi, I'm Saurav. I'm fascinated by the gap between how systems are built today and how they could be built on AI — and I spend most of my time trying to close it.

I write for a specific person: the architect now expected to have the AI answer. Not the engineer — there are docs for them. Not the executive — there are decks. The architect, who has to decide what the technology actually changes about the design, and is mostly left to work it out alone.

My attention is firmly on what comes next: AI-native architecture. Not intelligence bolted onto old workflows, but systems designed around AI from the first line. I think that shift rewrites how enterprise systems get built — and I don't just write about it. I build it, break it, and write down what the build actually teaches.

I share all of it in The Thinking Hat — where I think out loud about cloud, AI, enterprise architecture, and the strange economics of complexity, for the people building it from the inside.

“Clarity is a quiet kind of power. It turns confusion into direction.”

If any of that resonates — whether you have a problem worth untangling or just want to compare notes — say hello.
